Join us on the last Sunday of every month for Sunday Sessions — a pop-up tasting experience celebrating iconic cocktails, bold botanicals, and the personalities that inspired them.

Hosted at the vibrant Lot 7 Espresso Bar in Ringwood, this series is all about creativity, community, and flavour-forward fun. Each session features:

Cocktail Tasting Paddles – Try 3 mini cocktails inspired by our monthly theme

Gin & Tonic Menu – Featuring our signature Botanikos syrups & local gins

Syrups & Shrubs Available to Purchase – Stock your home bar with our faves

Inspiration & Storytelling – Every month we spotlight a different theme, from celebrity muses to cocktail traditions
