Once you have placed your order we are notified and will start the fulfilment process of packing your goods into specially designed sturdy cardboard carry boxes for our collections or tubes for single syrup bottles. Syrups come with a QR code or insert card which opens a welcome brochure which has all the information you need to get started making delicious cocktails quickly and easily.

FULFILMENT – PACKING AND HANDLING

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being received
Metro shipping will arrive within 1-3 business days regional and interstate 3-5 and remote 7-10 days once dispatched. We will send you an email so you can keep track of your order. If anything, unexpected happens in transit or upon arrival we guarantee replacement will be shipped off pronto.
Orders are shipped in sturdy cardboard carry boxes or tubes which have been padded with ecofriendly bubble wrap.
We ship AUSTRALIA WIDE with Sendle couriers because they offset their delivery carbon emission’s and we know you care about the environment. On some occasions we will also use Australia Post. We have also been known to hand deliver to locals!
