Similar ingredients to the classic Moscow mule with the addition of Hibiscus syrup and Chilli In keeping with the festive season this sweet and spicy cocktail is easy to make and the perfect afternoon drink.
Ingredients
- 50 ml vodka
- 25 ml Hibiscus simple syrup
- 20 ml lime juice
- 2 Jalapeno slices or pinch of chilli flakes
- ginger ale
- mint leaves slice of lime and chilli flakes
- 3 ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine vodka, lime juice, hibiscus simple syrup and 1-2 jalapenos in a cocktail shaker
- Add a handful of ice and shake until combined
- Strain into the prepared glass
- Add ice and top with ginger ale
- Garnish with lime mint leaves and jalapeno
