Ingredients:
- Bergamot simple syrup
- Dry champagne
- Lemon
Equipment:
- Jigger
- Champagne glasses
- Peeler
- Swizzle sticks
Instructions:
Add 1 shot of Bergamot simple syrup to 1 shot of gin top up with dry champagne or prosecco and stir with a long twist of lemon skewed on a swizzle stick.
