This drink is for lovers of passionfruit flavoured vodka cocktails
Ingredients
- 50ml vodka
- 20ml Passionfruit simple syrup
- 1 passion fruit
- 15ml fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup crushed ice
- lime soda
- lemon wheel
Instructions
- Add ice to a rocks or Collins glass
- Pour the liquid ingredients over the ice
- Cut and scoop out pulp and seeds of 1 passion fruit add passion pulp and seeds to the glass
- Top with lime soda & stir gently
- Garnish with a lemon wheel
