Who needs a doctor in the house when you have a bottle of gin and some limes. This coocktail is a refreshing blend of cucumber, lime and herbacious gin mixed in a copa glass topped with sparkling spring water. It tastes so good!!
Ingredients:
- 5 slices fresh cucumber (about ¼” thick)
- 45ml The Doctor Gin Tiny Bear
- 15ml Rosemary Simple Syrup
- 15ml Lime juice
- 3 dashes lime bitters (optional)
- 6 ice cubes
- 90ml sparkling spring water Olindasprings
- rosemary sprig
Instructions:
Garnish
- Use a cheese slicer or vegetable peeler to create a long thin strip of cucumber. You may have to peel a few slices to get to the middle of the cucumber.
- Place three cucumber slices around the inside of your serving glass, making sure to push then against the side of the glass so the cucumber sticks.
Cocktail
- Add the remaining cucumber slices, lime juice, rosemary simple syrup, lime bitters, 3 ice cubes and gin to cocktail shaker.
- Give the mixture 15-20 good shakes.
- Fill the serving glass with 3 cubes of fresh ice
- Strain the drink into the glass.
- Top the drink with sparkling water
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and serve
