Ingredients:
- 60ml Gypsy Gin Tiny Bear
- 30ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Lavender Simple Syrup
- 2-3 drops Angostura bitters
- 1 egg white or 6 drops of wonder foam
- scoop of crushed ice
- lemon slice and lavender sprig
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker except ice
- Dry shake for 15-20 shakes to create a foam if using an egg white
- Add crushed ice and wet shake for 5 x
- Strain into a chilled glass
- Garnish with lemon zest over foam or add a dehydrated lemon wheel and lavender sprig
