Pansy Gimlet Recipe
- 45ml London Dry Gin
- 15ml Tiki Zest
- 20 ml Lime Simple Syrup
- 20ml Lime Juice (clarified is best)
Instructions:
- Add ice to a coup glass to chill
- Add ice to a cocktail shaker
- Pour gin, lime zest, lime syrup and lime juice over ice
- Shake vigourrously for 30 seconds
- Tip ice out of coup glass
- Double strain the mixture into the cocktail glass
- Add 3 pansy flowers to the drink as garnish
