- Lemon Lime & Bitters: Fill a tumbler with ice. Squeeze 1/2 lemon. Pour juice and 30ml lime simple syrup into the tumbler. Top with soda water Add three generous dashes of Angostura Bitters. Add a straw and stir to mix the bitters.
- Tropical Treat: Add ice to cocktail shaker. Shake up 60ml pineapple juice, 30ml passionfruit shrub, 15ml mango juice, 15ml lime juice and 120ml coconut water until a foamy froth appears (option to aquafaba for extra froth).
