We all love a margarita, but if you are looking for a healthy alternative for Feb Fast, Dry July or just taking a break from alcohol, this paloma mocktail is a great option and tastes just as good as the real thing! Made with grapefruit and lime juice with a hint of rosemary, it’s sweet, sour, and seasoned with a touch of saltiness.
Ingredients
- 45 ml (1/2 ruby red grapefruit juiced)
- 20 ml Rosemary simple syrup
- 15 ml Lime juice (1/2 lime)
- Soda water
- pinch Malden salt
- Ice cubes
- Salted Lime wedge
Instructions
- Add ice cubes to cocktail shaker
- Juice 1/2 grapefruit and 1/2 lime
- Add all liquids with a pinch of salt into shaker
- Shake to mix ingredients approx. 10 seconds
- Strain into a tumbler glass filled with ice glass (making sure to remove any grapefruit pith)
- Top with soda water to taste
- Rim the glass with lime and salt
- Add a salted lime or grapefruit wheel (we use Tipple Topper)
