Lemon Sparkler

Italian lemon groves have produced a fine liquor called Limoncello for centuries by infusing the rinds in alcohol. Beloved by many this classic digestif was the inspiration for this sparkling prosecco cocktail.  Now let’s get ourselves into a festive mood with this zesty lemon cocktail treat.

Ingredients:

• 250 ml (1 cup) Lemon Simple Syrup
• 1 bottle chilled Prosecco
• Lemon to garnish

Instructions:

1. Set up 8 Champagne glasses
2. Add 30 ml Lemon simple syrup to each glass
3. Top with Prosecco (around 90 ml)
4. Garnish each glass with lemon twists
