This classic Bloody Mary has been adapted into countless variations adding anything from grilled cheese and shrimp tails to crab claws into the drink that’s a meal in itself. Here we’ve stuck with the classic celery but added the fizz.
Ingredients:
- ice cubes
- 90 ml tomato juice
- 15 ml Salty Pete Simple Syrup
- 60 ml chilled sparkling wine (champagne)
- celery stalk and lemon wedge to garnish
Instructions:
- Fill a large wine glass with ice
- Pour the tomato juice and salty pete syrup over the ice
- Top with chilled sparkling wine
- Garnish with a celery stalk and lemon
- Option to add a straw
- Serves 1
