If you are touring France and enjoying the fields of Provence add some lavender simple syrup into your French 75. This will complement the gin with its subtle herb flavour and is a perfect partner for lemon.
Ingredients:
- 30 ml Gin
- 20 ml Lavender Simple Syrup
- 15 ml lemon juice
- ice cubes
- chilled champagne
Instructions:
- Add ice to cocktail shaker
- Pour in liquid ingredients – lemon juice lavender syrup and gin
- Shake until cool
- Strain into a champagne tulip or flute
- Top with chilled champagne
- Garnish with lemon twist
