Penni Ave in Rye on the Mornington Peninsula is distilling delicious botanical vodkas with indigenous ingredients like wattle seed, lemon myrtle and salt bush. They are definitely worth visiting for a tasting paddle and if you buy one of their bottles you can make a delicious version of this vodka tonic cocktail. Vodka Tonic Classic Recipe
Ingredients
- 45ml Vodka
- 15 ml Juniper Jinn Simple Syrup
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- Light Tonic water
- Lemon twist
Instructions:
- Add ice to a rocks glass
- Pour over ingredients and mix with a bar spoon or swizzle stick
- Garnish with lemon twist
