Nothing says Christmas more than the taste of brandy and apples dusted with cinnamon. These flavours work together beautifully in this simple festive cocktail. Cheers to Christmas
Ingredients
- 30 ml Brandy or Cognac
- 30 ml cloudy apple juice
- 15 ml Chocola simple syrup
- 15 ml Lemon Juice
- 2 drops of Cinamon extract
- 1 slice of apple dusted with cinnamon to garnish
- crushed ice for glass
Instructions
- Add all liquid ingredients into the cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake well until chilled
- Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice
- Dust the ice with cinnamon
- Garnish with fresh apple slice dusted with cinnamon
- Add a straw
