A prosecco cocktail with a bitter twist. Laced with Bitter orange syrup and using sugar cubes to carry the orange bitters into this bubbly spritz cocktail we think you will love the orange twist. This recipe serves 6
Ingredients
- 6 sugar cubes
- 15-20 ml bitter orange simple syrup
- orange bitters
- bottle prosecco or sparkling white wine
Instructions
- Line up 6 champagne flutes
- Pour 3-4 drops of orange bitters on each sugar cube
- Place one flavoured sugar cube into each champagne flute
- Pour over chilled prosecco
- Top each champagne flute with 15ml bitter orange syrup
- Watch the syrup mix into the bubbles
- Sip and enjoy!
