Ingredients:
- 45ml Gin (alcoholic or non-alcoholic)
- 30m Lemon juice
- 30ml Dragon Fruit Simple Syrup
- 15ml Indi Bleu Simple Syrup
- 30ml Pineapple Juice
- 6 drops Wonder Foam
- 9 drops Angostura Bitters
- Dehydrated Lemon
- 1 cup ice
Instructions:
- Add all liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake for until cold and frothy.
- Strain drink into a coup glass
- Add drops of bitters into the centre of the foam in a 3 x 3 wave shape
- Using a toothpick pull through the drops to make the dragons tail!
