Blueberry Sparkler

There is nothing better in life than a quick, easy and tasty Gin fizz. A great way to get a balanced sweet-sour drink is with a splash of fruity (sweet and sour) shrub. This sparkling drink has colour flair and a subtle botanical warmth coming from the anise myrtle in the shrub. This blueberry gin sparkles with our “not-so-secret” indigenous flavour!


  • 30ml Gin (we used Banks Non-Alcoholic Gin)
  • 30ml Blueberry Shrub
  • 60ml Soda or Sparkling Water
  • 5-10 Blueberries
  • Ice


  1. Add ice gin and shrub to a Cocktail Shaker.
  2. Shake for 30 seconds.
  3. Add ice to a rocks glass.
  4. Strain mixture into the rocks glass
  5. Top with soda
  6. Add blueberries as a garnish.
