The Botanical Berry Buzz Mocktail is sure to tantalise the tastebuds with our new Thyme Simple Syrup.
Ingredients
- 60 ml Banks Non Alcoholic Gin
- 7ml (bar spoon) Lavender Simple Syrup
- 7 ml (bar spoon) Thyme Simple Syrup
- 8 Raspberries
- 1/2 lime
- 3 drops Angostura Orange Bitters
- 150 ml Mediterranean Tonic water
- Garnish with dehydrated limes or berries on a skewer
Instructions:
- Muddle 3-4 raspberries with lime juice at the bottom of a Boston cocktail shaker
- Add syrups and gin and orange bitters drops
- Stir with bar spoon and double strain into a rocks glass and top with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water (floral notes)
