A breakfast martini is a marmalade cocktail with gin, marmalade, orange liqueur, and lemon juice, created by bartender Salvatore Calabrese in 1996 at the Lanesborough Hotel in London, England then perfected by Botanikos. The Marmalade simple syrup is the hero in this version of a classic breakfast cocktail. Harnesses the power of liquid pectin in the Marmalade syrup to give this cocktail a silky texture and luscious mouthfeel.
