Ingredients
- Tanqueray gin
- Dolin’s dry vermouth
- 1 tsp. (5 ml) Lemon simple syrup
- lemon twist
Instructions
- Chill martini glass (10 min in freezer or add ice blocks to glass prior to mixing)
- Pour the gin and vermouth into the bottom of a cocktail shaker filled with ice
- Stir gently with a bar spoon until combined
- Add lemon simple syrup to martini glass and swirl to coat glass
- Pour cocktail through strainer into a chilled martini glass
- Add lemon twist to garnish
