The base of the mocktail is Pear juice flavoured with Chocola simple syrup to add cinnamon, black pepper, cloves, green cardamom and allspice notes. The vinegar provides a prickle of acidity we are used to tasting in our champagne glass. You can tinker with the volume of spices by adding more or less Chocola simple syrup to make the final cocktail perfectly spiced.
Ingredients
- 10 ml white wine vinegar
- 20 ml Chocola simple syrup
- 50 ml pear juice
- 50 ml soda water
- sliced pear
Instructions
- Make sure all ingredients chilled first
- Pour ingredients into a champagne flute
- Use a swizzle stick to mix
- add sliced pear to garnish
