Choc Cherry Sour

Skip dessert and have this sweet treat. A frothy cocktail for the ladies


  • 150 ml Chocola simple syrup
  • 150 ml lemon juice
  • 30 ml or 1 x egg white
  • Maraschino cherry and juice


  1. Pour liquids into a jug and add a good handful of ice
  2. Stir the mixture until it feels cold then strain our the ice
  3. Add egg white and pulse with stick blender for a few seconds until frothed up.
  4. Strain and pour mixture into chilled martini glasses for a luxurious look.
  5. Stain maraschino cherry juice
  6. Garnish with a cocktail stick of maraschino cherries

Option – add a few drops of almond extract
