Skip dessert and have this sweet treat. A frothy cocktail for the ladies
- 150 ml Chocola simple syrup
- 150 ml lemon juice
- 30 ml or 1 x egg white
- Maraschino cherry and juice
- Pour liquids into a jug and add a good handful of ice
- Stir the mixture until it feels cold then strain our the ice
- Add egg white and pulse with stick blender for a few seconds until frothed up.
- Strain and pour mixture into chilled martini glasses for a luxurious look.
- Stain maraschino cherry juice
- Garnish with a cocktail stick of maraschino cherries
Option – add a few drops of almond extract
