I tasted this cocktail at the Big Design Market in the Royal Exhibition Building in Melbourne, and it was yummy. So easy to mix up I had to include a recipe using our bespoke chocolate sauce made from scratch with bitter chocolate and our botanical syrups. This recipe is for all the gin and tonic lovers out there who want to mix something a bit different for Christmas. Surprisingly refreshing and easy to drink!!
Ingredients:
- 30 ml Chocolate sauce
- 10 ml Hibiscus simple syrup
- 30 ml gin
- Indian tonic water
- ice
Instructions:
- Fill the glass with ice
- Pour over chocolate sauce, gin and simple syrup
- Stir with bar spoon until mixes
- Add a straw and enjoy
