Apple Brandy Sour

Nothing says Christmas more than the taste of brandy and apples dusted with cinnamon. These flavours work together beautifully in this simple festive cocktail. Cheers to Christmas

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Brandy or Cognac
  • 30 ml cloudy apple juice
  • 15 ml Chocola simple syrup
  • 15 ml Lemon Juice
  • 2 drops of Cinamon extract 
  • 1 slice of apple dusted with cinnamon to garnish
  • crushed ice for glass

Instructions

  1. Add all liquid ingredients into the cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Shake well until chilled
  3. Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice
  4. Dust the ice with cinnamon
  5. Garnish with fresh apple slice dusted with cinnamon
  6. Add a straw
