A smooth and creamy gin flavoured cocktail. Serve as part of a decadent high tea or easter sipper
Ingredients
- 60ml gin (Banks) or 45ml London Dry Gin (Bombay Sapphire)
- 10ml Lemon simple syrup or 1 Ts lemon curd
- 20ml Chocola or Hibiscus simple syrup
- 2 TBS double cream (or vegan cream)
- 3 drops of almond essence
- 3 drops Vanilla essence
- cocoa powder
- ice
Instructions
- Dip rim of cocktail glass into chocolate
- Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice
- Add liquid ingredients into the cocktail shaker
- Shake vigorously 20 seconds to mix
- Double strain into a coup glass
- Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa
- Option to garnish with a skewered easter egg
