Creamy Gintini

A smooth and creamy gin flavoured cocktail. Serve as part of a decadent high tea or easter sipper


  • 60ml gin (Banks) or 45ml London Dry Gin (Bombay Sapphire)
  • 10ml Lemon simple syrup or 1 Ts lemon curd
  • 20ml Chocola or Hibiscus simple syrup
  • 2 TBS double cream (or vegan cream)
  • 3 drops of almond essence
  • 3 drops Vanilla essence
  • cocoa powder
  • ice


  1. Dip rim of cocktail glass into chocolate
  2. Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice
  3. Add liquid ingredients into the cocktail shaker
  4. Shake vigorously 20 seconds to mix
  5. Double strain into a coup glass
  6. Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa
  7. Option to garnish with a skewered easter egg
