Vegan Choc Pudding

Forget hunting for expensive vegan chocolate, its time to reach for the ripe avocado sitting in the fruit bowl next to the bananas and make yourself a delicious chocolate treat.

Here is your  vegan alternative to satisfy chocolate cravings. This choc dessert is so easy to make and only requires a ripe avocado, spoonful of cocoa and a splash of non dairy nut milk. Blend these ingredients into a rich creamy Paleo friendly chocolate pudding sweetened with your favorite Botanikos syrup.

Lemon, Lavender, Hibiscus, Chocola and Bitter Orange are wonderful flavours to mix with chocolate. Not only will you satisfy your chocolate craving but you can cleverly use up kitchen staples and treat yourself to sweet chocolate dessert packed full of plant based goodness and lip smacking flavour. Ingredients

  • 1 medium ripe avocado
  • pinch salt
  • 1 TBS cocoa
  • 2 TBS Botanikos simple syrup (your choice)
  • 2 TBS almond milk (add a cup of milk and ice to turn into a smoothie)
  • Dehydrated fruit and flower garnishes (the peel thing)

Instructions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Blend until smooth with a hand stick blender
  3. Serve in a cute tea cup or glass
  4. Leave in the fridge until ready to serve
  5. Garnish Options: fresh strawberries and mint leave or dehydrated fruit and flowers
