Espresso Mocktini

Espresso Martini is a contemporary classic. This real coffee mocktail is delightfully quick and easy to prepare. Chocola simple syrup delivers warm spicy notes while the balsamic vinegar gives a sharpness and richness to round out the flavour. Yum


  • 50 ml freshly brewed coffee
  • 50 ml Chocola simple syrup
  • 15 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 5 ml vanilla essence
  • ice


  1. 1/2 filled cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Pour all liquids into a cocktail shaker
  3. Shake until cold and frothy – 30 seconds
  4. Strain into a chilled martini glasses
