Make your next gin and tonic festive with a couple of extra garnishes. Ruby red pomegranate arils and sugar crusted rosemary are quick easy additions to update your Christmas drinks
Ingredients
- 30 ml Gin (alcoholic or non-alcoholic)
- 15 ml Rosemary simple syrup
- 10 ml Lemon juice
- Tonic Water
- 3-4 blocks of ice
- 1-2 teaspoons of pomegranate arils
- Lemon wheel
- Rosemary sprig to garnish
- caster sugar
Instructions
- Add ice to rocks or stemless gin glass
- Pour in gin and rosemary syrup
- Squeeze lemon wedge to add a touch of sour
- Top mixture with tonic water and stir with a bar spoon to mix
- Add pomegranate arils and lemon wheel
- Wet a rosemary sprig then dip it into sugar to make snowy garnish topper
