Festive Ginger Fizz

An earthy tasting mocktail which satisfies the need for sipping mulled wine on a chilly winters evening. Even Good King Wencelas would approve! Super easy to make this is THE perfect spirit free drink to celebrate Christmas in July for those of us still doing a dry July.


  • 30ml Pomegranate Juice
  • 30ml Hibiscus Simple Syrup
  • 120ml Dry Ginger Ale (we used Fever Tree)
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 1tbs Pomegranate Arils
  • Lemon Slice
  • Rosemary Sprig


  1. Add ice cubes to a glass.
  2. Add Pomegranate and Hibiscus Syrup
  3. Top with Dry Ginger Ale
  4. Stir the Mixture.
  5. Garnish with pomegranate arils, lemon and a rosemary sprig
