A fresh, zesty cocktail when made with a good quality London dry gin. A healthy glug of gin, sugar syrup, lemon juice, fresh grapefruit juice and some decorative basil leaves make this a great cocktail to sip in the sunshine. This sour is a citrus hit with no froth required.
- 50 ml Hendricks gin
- 15 ml Rosemary simple syrup
- 25 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml fresh grapefruit juice
- Pour all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake well with ice.
- Strain into a tumbler filled with ice and garnish with a lemon or grapefruit slice
