Gypsy Gin Sour


  • 60ml Gypsy Gin Tiny Bear
  • 30ml Lemon juice
  • 15ml Lavender Simple Syrup
  • 2-3 drops Angostura bitters
  • 1 egg white or 6 drops of wonder foam
  • scoop of crushed ice
  • lemon slice and lavender sprig


  1. Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker except ice
  2. Dry shake for 15-20 shakes to create a foam if using an egg white
  3. Add crushed ice and wet shake for 5 x
  4. Strain into a chilled glass
  5. Garnish with lemon zest over foam or add a dehydrated lemon wheel and lavender sprig
