Hibiscus Margarita

More like a martini than a margarita this cocktail is smooth elegance in a glass.

The cocktail focus is more on the flavour of the actual booze therefore all ingredients must be premium quality since there is no melting of the ice for dilution of flavours. Use a chilled glass as you will be drinking this one straight up. Make sure to place your glassware in the freezer half hour before you use it


  •  chilli lime salt
  • 60 ml best quality Tequila
  • 40 ml Hibiscus simple syrup
  • 30 ml fresh lime juice
  • splash seltzer
  • lime wedge or twist


  • Wet the rim of the glass and dip into the salt
  • Place all liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice
  • Shake vigorously
  • Strain into martini glass
  • Top with seltzer
  • Garnish with lime wedge or twist
