Cocktails are all about experimentation, mixing sweet and sour, spirits and syrups, so lets get creative with this hibiscus sour. This beautiful pink cocktail or mocktail is shaken up with your favourite gin. We like it mixed with Lily Fields alcoholic gin or Banks non alcoholic gin. Either way you will get a sweet sour taste that is very refreshing. Garnish this beauty up with a hibiscus flower and elevate this simple drink into an insta worthy status.


  • 50ml gin (use Banks for non alcoholic mocktail)
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 20ml Hibiscus Simple Syrup
  • 6 drops wonder foam
  • ice
  • Hibiscus flower


  1. Add ice and liquid ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  2. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds
  3. Strain into a rocks or old fashioned glass
  4. Add a straw
  5. Option to garnish with one hibiscus flower
