This is a quick and easy festive cocktail that looks lovely and tastes delicious.
Ingredients:
- 30 ml Hibiscus simple syrup
- Bottle of sparkling wine (alcoholic or non-alcoholic)
- Sprig of rosemary
- Sugar
Equipment
- Champagne Flute
- Bar Spoon
Instructions:
- Pour approx. 30 ml of hibiscus syrup into the bottom of the glass
- Invert the bar spoon over the top of the glass
- Slowly pour the sparkling wine over the back of the spoon so it gently runs down the side of the glass on top of the hibiscus syrup.
- You should end up with a layered cocktail.
- Wet the tip of the rosemary sprig
- Dip the tip of the rosemary into sugar
- Garnish the cocktail with the rosemary
