This easy drinking pink-gin cocktail is the one to begin a blissful afternoon with! No rules with this one just – serve it your way. Use a beautiful tulip glass and garnish with lavender sprigs for special occasions
Ingredients:
- 20 ml Lavender simple syrup
- 40 ml Pink gin
- 20 ml Prosecco
- 70 ml Soda water
- Ice
Equipment:
- jigger
- stirring spoon
- glass of choice
Directions:
- Add 3-4 ice large blocks to half fill the glass.
- Add liquid ingredients to glass and mix with a long spoon
- Add straw (10cm) and serve

- Premix this easy drinking cocktail in a jug before the girls arrive.
- To scale up add 100 ml syrup, 100 ml prosecco, 200 ml gin, & 350 ml soda which serves 4-5
