Lemon Lime and Bitters

A classic non-alcoholic pub mocktail served in a highball glass with lots of ice. This refreshing drink is a hit with everyone. There are two potential lemon/lime combinations to mix this drink at home. Both use fresh lemons or limes mixed with our citrus simple syrups to create a sweet sour base. Soda for the bubbles and bitters for the final flavour.  My favourite combo is lemon juice with lime simple syrup but the beauty of mixing is that you can make your own mind up.
