You put the lime into coconut as Harry Nilsson once sang and if you do this you make a glorious drink that can be proudly served up as a topical crowd pleaser.
Ingredients
- 50 ml fresh lime juice
- 20 ml Lime simple syrup
- 90 ml coconut water
- 90 ml soda water
- 2-3 lime slices
- ice
Instructions
- Pour lime juice and lime syrup into a highball glass
- Add coconut water ice and lime slices.
- Add a straw to mix and drink
- Top up with soda water
