Limoncello Sour is a delightfully sweet-sour drink that is just as good on a hot summer day as a terrible rainy autumn evening.
Ingredients
- 50 ml Limoncello (or 20ml Lemon simple syrup in 30 ml vodka)
- 25 ml Lavender simple syrup or Thyme Simple Syrup
- 25 ml Lemon Juice
- 20 ml egg white or 6 drops of wonder foam
- dehydrated lemon wheel
- Lavender or Thyme sprig
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
Instructions
- Combine all liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice
- Shake vigorously until foamy
- Strain into a coupe glass
- Garnish with drops of bitters on foam
- Top with Lavender or Thyme sprig on the side
