Marmalade Mocktail

Did you know that Marmalade was created in Scotland as a delicious breakfast preserve in the 18th century. Traditionally used as a spread on toast you will never have to wait for breakfast again because we have turned sweet and tangy jam into a simple syrup. Marmalade simple syrup will delight your palate with its citrus charm and creamy texture. I am ever so fond of this one in my mocktails.

Create a funky combination in your cocktail glass that is surprisingly enjoyable to drink. Mixing citrus with a splash of salty brine and soda will be a big hit with your taste buds. An interesting alternative to just syrup and soda.
