Mint lime and sugar are a natural combination that you wont miss the rum. Delightfully refreshing sip it though a straw at the end of a hot day at the beach.
Ingredients
- 30 ml lime juice
- 15 ml Lime simple syrup
- sprig mint
- 75 ml of brewed and cooled mint tea
- 100 ml soda water
Instructions
- Put the lime juice syrup and mint leaves at the bottom of a highball glass
- Lightly crush the mint with a cocktail muddler or the end of a wooden spoon
- Add a good handful of ice
- Pour over the mint tea.
- Stir carefully so not to bruise the mint too much
- Top with soda water
