Inspired by a delicious martini cocktail served at the Monte Carlo casino.
Ingredients
- 45 ml Dry Gin
- 45 ml Pineapple Juice
- 15 ml Cointreau
- 15 ml Thyme simple syrup
- 20 ml Hibiscus Simple Syrup
Instructions
- Chill martini glass with ice blocks
- Add ice to cocktail shaker.
- Pour gin, pineapple and thyme syrup into the shaker.
- Shake for 30 seconds to chill contents.
- Tip out ice blocks from martini glass.
- Add the hibiscus syrup to bottom of the frosty glass.
- Carefully pour the cocktail down the side of the glass using a spoon to slow the liquid and stop it from mixing with the hibiscus syrup.
- The pineapple cocktail layer should sit on top of the hibiscus syrup as a colourful layer.
