Mornington Margarita

This sweet exotic slightly tart dink perfect for warm days, beach holidays and bottomless glasses for brunch!


  • 60ml Lyre’s Agave Blanco spirit
  • 30ml Passionfruit Simple Syrup
  • 30ml pineapple juice
  • 15ml lime juice dash bitter orange
  • 6 ice blocks
  • pineapple slice
  • sea salt


  1. Wet the rim of a rocks glass and dip into salt
  2. Add 3 ice blocks to cocktail shaker
  3. Pour all liquid ingredients over ice
  4. Shake for 20 seconds
  5. Double Strain mocktail into a glass
  6. Option to add a splash of soda
  7. Add remaining 3 ice blocks
  8. Garnish with a pineapple slice
