Classic Gin and Tonic


  • 30 ml Tanquary gin
  • 15 ml simple syrup (Rosemary, Lavender, or Bergamot)
  • squeeze fresh lime juice
  • 75 ml Capi Tonic water
  • Lime Wedges (for garnish)
  • Mint (for garnish)
  • Juniper Berries (for garnish)


  1. Add ice to a rocks glass
  2. Pour gin and syrup and juice over ice
  3. Stir well with bar spoon
  4. Garnish with lime wheels mint and juniper berries
