Ingredients
- 30 ml Tanquary gin
- 15 ml simple syrup (Rosemary, Lavender, or Bergamot)
- squeeze fresh lime juice
- 75 ml Capi Tonic water

Lime Wedges (for garnish)

Juniper Berries (for garnish)
Instructions
- Add ice to a rocks glass
- Pour gin and syrup and juice over ice
- Stir well with bar spoon
- Garnish with lime wheels mint and juniper berries
