Serve up this fizzy and fruity mocktail at a party for all the fun but none of the alcohol. This passionfruit martini mocktail is sure to please. Use an alcohol free spirit with a spicy complex flavour to up the stakes. We used Banks Botanicals non-alcoholic spirit to support local Melbourne produce. The spicy blend of lemon myrtle lime pepper berry cassia and wattle seed worked a treat with the hibiscus syrup and passion fruit to give this mocktini a sexy botanical body to match its perfectly foamy head.
Ingredients:
- 4 passion fruit
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- 100 ml Banks Botanicals alcohol free spirit
- 15 ml Hibiscus simple syrup
- handful ice
- sparkling grape juice (optional)
Instruction:
- Scoop flesh from two passion fruit and place into a cocktail shaker
- Add lemon juice egg white spirit and syrup
- Shake vigorously until frothy
- Add ice and shake again until the outside of the shaker looks frosty
- Double strain into cold martini glasses
- Top martinis with sparkling grape juice
- Garnish with remaining passionfruit
