Ingredients
- 60ml vanilla vodka
- 30ml Passionfruit simple syrup
- 2 passion fruit
- 25ml lime juice
- lime slices
- 4 -5 ice cubes
- Prosecco
Instructions
- Add vodka syrup & juice and ice to a cocktail shaker
- Cut one passionfruit in half scoop out the flesh to add to the cocktail shaker
- Shake for 30 seconds
- Double strain into a cocktail glass
- Top with chilled prosecco
- Garnish with 1/2 passion fruit and lime slice
