A balanced citrus rum cocktail with flavoured with tart pineapple and a hint of herbal sweetness.
Instructions
- 60ml White Rum
- 20ml Cointreau
- 20ml fresh Lime juice
- 10 ml Rosemary simple syrup
- 2 pineapple slices
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- sugar
Ingredients
- Wet the rim of the glass with lime juice
- Dip the glass rim into sugar and set aside
- Add crushed ice, pineapple slices and liquid ingredients into a blender
- Blend at high speed until smooth
- Pour into a glass and add more ice
- Decorate with a wedge of fresh pineapple
- Serve with a straw
