I count it a privilege to truly taste this amazing syrup. It made a date night between my partner and I so much sweeter. We made a cocktail competition out of the fun. He won in the end because he rimmed his glass with sugar but nevertheless both our mixes were soooooo good and made sooo flavourful by this simple syrup! This syrup makes a refreshing change from all the other lime cordials and has a delightfully distinctive lime flavour well worth trying for its ability to reinvigorate a cocktail.
