Having never used rosemary before in a cocktail, I was very interested in how it would go?!!!
Let's just say I was very impressed at the extra depth it gave my whiskey sour, I got the lemon upfront but the rosemary stood up to it and sung harmoniously with the bourbon, definitely give rosemary a try if you haven't yet!!!!

The Rosemary simple syrup is a beautiful addition to the classic G&T. It really lifts it up and is the perfect afternoon drink to enjoy in the sunshine. It has become my go-to weekend favourite!
